Privacy Policy — Sequential Button Clicker

Transparency About What Data We Collect and How We Use It

Sequential Button Clicker ("the extension") is a Chrome browser extension developed by [Dibwas Websoft Technologies LLP]. This policy explains what data the extension accesses and how it is used.

DATA COLLECTION

The extension does not collect, transmit, store remotely, sell, or share any personal data, browsing history, or page content. It does not use analytics, tracking, or advertising services of any kind.

WHAT THE EXTENSION ACCESSES

When you click "Start Clicking" in the popup, the extension:
- Reads the DOM of the currently active browser tab to find elements matching the class, ID, or CSS selector you specify
- Simulates clicks on those matching elements, in order, with the delay you specify

This access is limited to the active tab at the moment you initiate the action (via Chrome's activeTab permission) and does not run in the background or on tabs you are not actively using it on.

LOCAL STORAGE

The extension saves your last-used selector type, selector value, delay, and scroll preference using Chrome's local storage API (chrome.storage.local). This data:
- Stays on your own device
- Is never transmitted to any server
- Is used solely to pre-fill the popup the next time you open it
- Can be cleared at any time by removing the extension or clearing extension data via Chrome's settings

PERMISSIONS USED

- activeTab — to interact with the page you are currently viewing, only when you explicitly start a run
- scripting — to inject the clicking logic into that page
- storage — to remember your settings locally, as described above

THIRD PARTIES

The extension does not integrate with, or send data to, any third-party service, API, or server.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
